Founded by an experienced business owner and caregiver, Valini Sanft, inspiration for Authentic Community Cargiver came from her direct experience in caring for her late husband who had suffered from multiple health issues. In supporting her family and then local friends and family throughout the community, Valini recognized the under-served market catering to seniors who desperately wanted to remain at home, but needed additional in-home support.
Because the difference between remaining at home and needing to stay in a traditional long-term care facility is often assistance with daily activities (ADLs), Valini launched Authentic Community Caregiver to help seniors with physical and memory care challenges in an effort to remain at home for as long as possible.
